OUTDOOR LEARNING
WILDLIFE AREA
We are developing a wildlife area on our school grounds. We received a grant from First Direct to carry out the work and it is being completed by volunteers from The Trust for Conservation Volunteers. It is exciting to see the area taking shape and we can't wait to use it!
Year 2
They have been learning about their local area and mapping in Geography. They walked around the school grounds identifying the human and physical features. They then drew a map identifying the features they saw.
